Depending on your choice to attend pre-ALE workshops on August 24th and/or attend the unconference the 25 and 26th of a-August - make sure you book a ticket for that and plan your accommodation accordingly.

Or you can choose from wide selection of hotels in Toulouse city center. Walk from city center takes around 20 min, or you use public transportation (bus, subway and tram) to get there faster. It is easy to use and afordable.
